Initiate Your Return

Log into your Tupperware account or visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

Print Shipping Label

Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unused Tupperware products in their original boxes, include the packing slip, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
